What files do you need to quote?
A 2D drawing (PDF) with tolerances, or a 3D model (STEP/IGES). For fasteners, a spec or sample works. Note material, finish, and target annual volume and we'll do the rest.
How fast is a quote?
Standard quotes return within two business days, including DFM feedback. Complex assemblies or tooling programs may take a little longer — we'll tell you up front.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Prototypes start at a single piece for CNC work. Stampings and castings carry tooling, so minimums depend on the part — typically a few hundred to a few thousand. We'll quote both prototype and production tiers.
Do you provide material and inspection certs?
Yes. Material certs, dimensional reports, and first-article inspection are available on every production run, with PPAP and full traceability for programs that require it.
Where are parts manufactured?
On our Irvine floor or through our network of audited manufacturing partners, matched to your part, volume, and budget. Either way Proco holds the contract, inspects incoming lots in Irvine, and is your single point of accountability.
